Overview
This is the bundle for anyone who maintains more than one machine, or who does not know in advance which suite version they need. The 2016, 2019 and 2021 Professional Plus releases are all in one archive, each in both architectures, each with the licensing already settled. Pick the folder for the cycle you want and install it, and if it turns out to be the wrong one, the right one is already on the drive.
All three are the Professional Plus tier, which is the full application list rather than the reduced home lineup. The differences between the cycles are smaller than the version numbers suggest and are described below, but the practical rule is simple: match what the people you exchange files with are running, and if that does not constrain you, take the newest one the hardware will carry comfortably.
Which cycle to install
The 2016 suite is the lightest of the three and the one to pick for older hardware or a virtual machine with limited memory. It is also the one with the broadest add-in compatibility, since a great deal of long lived office automation was written against it and never updated.
The 2019 suite adds the newer chart and function types in Excel, better ink handling in Word and the presentation transitions people expect in PowerPoint. The 2021 suite adds the dynamic array functions in Excel, which is the single largest change of the three and genuinely worth having if you build spreadsheets, along with the current interface refresh and the improved co-authoring behaviour on shared files.
The application list
Every cycle here includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access and Publisher. The Skype for Business client is present in the 2016 and 2019 folders and replaced by the Teams entry point in the 2021 one. Nothing is held back from any of the three, and each includes the full proofing and language packs.
Setup configuration files are supplied for each cycle so you can install a subset. This matters more here than in a single version archive, because a common arrangement is a newer Word, Excel and PowerPoint alongside an older Access for a database that was never migrated. The readme walks through that arrangement specifically.
Mixing versions on one machine
Two cycles can coexist if you install the older one first and then the newer, and if you keep the architecture consistent across both. Mixing a 32-bit suite with a 64-bit one on the same machine will not work and the installer will stop you. File associations go to whichever was installed last and can be reassigned afterwards from the system default apps screen.
If a machine has already been through several suite installs and a new one keeps failing, remove everything first with a full click to run removal tool rather than the standard uninstaller. That is the usual cause of a stuck install and it is not specific to this archive.

Installing it
- Unpack only the cycle folder you need if drive space is tight. The archive supports partial extraction.
- Remove any existing Office completely, including click to run leftovers, unless you are deliberately installing side by side.
- Suspend real time protection and run the setup executable from the folder for your chosen cycle and architecture.
- Let the install finish, then restart if prompted.
- Open Word once and confirm the account panel reports a licensed state.

Questions about this release
Which one should I install?
Match whoever you exchange files with. If nothing constrains you, take 2021 on modern hardware and 2016 on anything older or virtual.
Can I install two of them at once?
Yes, older first and then newer, with the same architecture for both. Mixing architectures will be blocked by the installer.
Is Access included in all three?
Yes, along with Publisher. All three folders are the Professional Plus tier.
Do I have to download the whole archive?
No. Partial extraction is supported, so you can pull just the cycle folder you need.

Installed 2021 for the dynamic arrays and kept 2016 Access for an old database. Worked exactly as the readme says.
Selective download over the magnet meant I only pulled the 2019 folder. Saved a lot of transfer.
Comments are read before they appear. If a build stops working, say so here and it gets rebuilt rather than quietly left up.
