Overview
This is full AutoCAD with the architectural toolset included, which changes the nature of the drawing considerably. A wall here is an object that knows its own construction, cleans up correctly where it meets another wall, hosts doors and windows that cut their own openings, and reports itself into a schedule. Draw a section or an elevation and it is generated from the model rather than drafted by hand, and it updates when the plan changes.
Everything standard AutoCAD does is still present underneath, so ordinary drawing files open and edit normally and the command line works exactly as it always has. The licensing has been settled ahead of time, so there is no sign-in and no license manager. Output is unrestricted, with no stamp on plotted sheets or exported files.
The architectural objects
Walls carry a style that defines their component layers, widths and materials, and they clean up at junctions according to priority rather than needing manual trimming. Doors and windows are inserted into a wall and cut the opening themselves, with the swing, sill and header parameters driving both the plan symbol and the three dimensional geometry. Stairs, railings, roofs, slabs, curtain walls and structural members work the same way.
Because these objects carry data, schedules can be generated directly from the drawing and stay linked to it. A door schedule counts what is actually in the model and updates when a door is added, which removes an entire category of coordination error. Property set definitions control what data each object type carries and can be extended for whatever a practice needs to track.
Drawing management and output
The project navigator organises a job into levels and divisions, with constructs holding the model geometry and views composed from them. Sheets are assembled from views and the whole set can be plotted or published in one operation, with sheet numbering and cross references maintained automatically.
Sections and elevations are generated from the model as live objects that regenerate on demand rather than being redrawn. Display configurations control what is shown at each scale, so the same model produces a coarse plan for a small scale sheet and a fully detailed one for a large scale sheet without maintaining two drawings.
Compatibility and interchange
Drawings are ordinary AutoCAD files, which means a consultant with plain AutoCAD can open them. The architectural objects display correctly through the object enabler, and can be exported to standard lines and arcs when a recipient needs a simple file. That single fact is the main practical reason this toolset is chosen over a fully model based package on collaborative jobs.
Import and export cover the usual interchange formats, plus the building information exchange format for handing a model to a structural or services consultant. Underlays from image, drawing and point cloud sources attach and reference cleanly for survey based work.

Installing it
- Unpack the archive to a local drive with at least 30 GB free.
- Suspend real time protection before starting, since the install writes a very large number of files.
- Run setup as administrator and deselect the regional content libraries you do not need.
- Let it finish and restart the machine when prompted.
- Open the sample project once to confirm the project navigator and the schedule generation both work.

Questions about this release
Can a consultant with plain AutoCAD open these drawings?
Yes. They are ordinary drawing files, and the object enabler included here lets the architectural objects display correctly on their machine.
Does it replace a full model based package?
For a great deal of work, yes, and it stays compatible with drawing based collaborators. For heavy multidisciplinary coordination a dedicated package is still the better fit.
Do schedules update automatically?
They stay linked to the model and regenerate on demand, so a door added to the plan appears in the schedule after a refresh.
Is standard AutoCAD included?
Yes. Everything plain AutoCAD does is present underneath, including the full command line behaviour.
Comments
Schedules straight off the model, no counting by hand. Consultants still open the files in plain AutoCAD fine.
Long install but no license prompts at all afterwards. Sample project opened correctly first try.
Comments are read before they appear. If a build stops working, say so here and it gets rebuilt rather than quietly left up.
Wall cleanup at complex junctions is finally correct. That alone was worth the update for our office.
